Rosie Badder
Colour Assist
Rosie Badder is Disauthority’s Colour Assist. She is primarily responsible for supporting the Colour Department, providing technical and creative assistance to senior colourist Zain Haris.
Rosie’s prior experience to DA includes MCR, Technical Operations & Edit Support at the award-winning, full-service post house Evolutions, where she rose through the ranks to become a Finishing & Mastering Operator.
Whilst at Evolutions, Rosie worked across a wide-ranging slate, predominantly in Broadcast TV but also across projects destined for streaming platforms and international transmission. These include the feature-length documentary Sven for Whisper Productions / Amazon Prime (as QC & Mastering), Louis Theroux Interviews for BBC (as Edit Assistant), Love Is Blind UK for Netflix (QC) and the HETV comedy-drama series ‘The Curse’, Season 1 for Shiny Button Productions & Channel 4 (Edit Assistant). She has also grade-assisted on the feature-length documentary on Brighton & Hove FC – Stand or Fall, for Dash Pictures.
Her experience across Avid, Resolve and recently Baselight – coupled with her facility-based and freelance portfolio - have made her a welcome recent addition to the team in our London Office, complementing our existing offering as a facility whilst also contributing her experiences to, and with, the team.
