At just 22, Maria has already produced multiple festival-selected fiction and documentary short films, as well as music videos. Her debut documentary about modern day paganism in the UK, "Witch, Reborn", enjoyed a prolific festival circuit with screenings in more than 10 countries and prestigious selections such as Oscar-qualifying Santa Fe International Film Festival & BIFA Qualifying Sunrise Film Festival.
Maria currently has 4 short form projects on the festival circuit: "Elegancia", an auteur meta-psychological fantasy reflection on Maria's experience as an elite child athlete, a short psychological thriller titled "Paranoia" that stars Ella-Rae Smith and Ziggy Heath, "Progeny", a folk horror made in co-production with Hungary and "Portrait of Remorse", a family drama starring Sean Delaney and Michael Elwyn,
She is currently in funded development of an ambitious slate of genre features and series as Head of Production and Lead Creative Producer of DISAUTHORITY.
