With over 20 years experience, he has produced, executive produced and commissioned popular and rating-winning drama and comedy for British and international audiences.

With over 20 years experience, he has produced, executive produced and commissioned popular and rating-winning drama and comedy for British and international audiences.Kristian began his career as a script editor. He moved on to run the indie Leopard Pictures from 2017, managing all editorial, production and operational areas of the company. Before this, he was a commissioning editor for BBC, with a particular focus on out of London production. Previous roles include producing both high-end TV and returning drama. He oversaw ITV’s Emmerdale through its peak audiences and first RTS win.

In 2024, Kristian established Little Dipper Productions, a consultancy outfit working to allow closer proximity to editorial development and production. Little Dipper Productions is currently working with both new and seasoned talent and companies across the UK and US, taking them through development to greenlight.

Kristian remains committed to helping emerging writers, directors and producers and continues to promote out of London production.
